Pieces of fresh truffle

The black truffle is also known as the Perigord truffle or Tuber Melanosporum Vitt , which is its scientific name. It only grows in a few areas worldwide with specific climatic conditions. Its aroma is intense and unmistakable and it is used as flavoring, as a condiment and as edible food in sheets.

It is sent selected and clean to be able to use it. Inside in a heat-sealed tray, on absorbent paper together with a cold accumulator to maintain the cold chain, and all protected by cardboard packaging.
