WINEMAKING
One of the key points of this liquor wine is the selection of overripen Muscat grape under the influence of the Mediterranean sea. After macerating the juice with the skin to extract the Muscat aromas, wine alcohol is added to prevent fermentation, making the grape's sugar remain in the mistela.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Dark mahogany.
Nose: Intense and complex; with honey, orange blossom, raisin and Muscat grape reminiscences.
Mouth: Sweet, velvety, with an interesting acidity. Good intensity and long aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING
Suitable to enjoy with starters like foie and cheese, and desserts like pastries or fresh fruit.
