WINEMAKING
Produced with Malvasia grapes handpicked when they reach their optimum ripeness, good acidity and balanced sugar. After maceration under low temperatures, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Bottling takes place some weeks after vintage to get a fresh and fruity wine.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Bright pale yellow with green tinges.
Nose: Medium aromatic intensity: aromas to summer fruits like peach stand out, and in a second step we find delicate citric .
Mouth: In the mouth it is balanced and it has a great final acidity.
FOOD PAIRING
Perfect to enjoy appetizers, fish, seafood, chicken, salads and rice dishes.
