GRAPE VARIETIES
Malmsey
WINEMAKING
This wine is made with white grapes from the Malmsey variety, selected in the oldest and sunniest vineyards of Turís and harvested after their point of maturity to enhance its richness in sugars. Wine alcohol is then added to stop fermentation, which maintains the natural sugars from the grapes, and then it is stored in 500 l. barrels for 1 year to carry out the aging oxidative process.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Deep dark, bright mahogany. Iodized edging with brownish notes.
Nose: Christmas fruits and nuts aromas. Great complexity and elegance.
Mouth: Good and elegant mouth-feel, tasty. With its own personality and magnificent ending persistence.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal for aperitifs, party cocktails or to be drunk on its own. Serve very chilled.
