GRAPE VARIETIES
Tempranillo.
WINEMAKING
Produced with Tempranillo grapes, handpicked at their optimum level of ripeness to produce a young fruity wine with rich aromas. The must is drawn off after a brief cold maceration with grape skin. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Bottling takes place some weeks after vintage to get a fresh and fruity wine.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Bright light red cherry colour with purple tinges.
Nose: Intense and elegant aromas of strawberries and raspberries.
Mouth: In the mouth it is a pleasant and it has a good acidity.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal as aperitif wine or to enjoy with salads, pasta, chicken, paella...
