Just when you think you’ve seen it all in the world of olive oil, voilà, this Biodynamic Arbequina shatters your preconceptions with the luminous and creative air imbued into it by the Oli Oli estate.

Its intense olive fruitiness is accompanied by green notes that elegantly promenade through the olfactory, followed by adoring and free flowing aromas of green banana, kiwi, apple, green tomato, while notes of almonds and fresh walnut highlight the spectacle with their applause.

It enters with a spark, boldly green, not at all typical of Arbequina. Yet, in spite of breaking with the classical mold, its elegance maintains a sweet, nostalgic note, giving way to an extensive bitter that is even more pleasant, like a gaze lost in the horizon. Its pungency, medium, moves at just the right rhythm with notes of white pepper in the range of medium intensity, always pleasant.

The complexity of this oil brings out an infinity of notes in the retronasal, all fresh, from tropical fruits to certain herbs, in perfect persistence and harmony.

Its organoleptic characteristics make this oil extremely versatile for pairing, from creamy soups to desserts, from white meat to seafood.
