GRAPE VARIETIES

Tempranillo, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah

WINEMAKING

Produced from grapes coming from our best vineyards with low yields and bunches with small fruit, hand-picked and submitted to exhaustive controls. After a maceration in order to extract the maximum of colour and aromas, the alcoholic fermentation takes place with selected yeasts and istemperature controlled. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in French and East European oak barrels. Wine is then aged in bottle.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: : Bright cherry-red colour with aromas of red fruits, spices and wood coming from the oak.

Nose: Mineral character.

Mouth: In the mouth it is balanced and round with long finish.

FOOD PAIRING

Perfect to enjoy appetizers, cheeses, sausages, red meat, game and rice.

RECOMMANDATIONS

Serve at 16ºC - 18ºC
