Tempranillo

WINEMAKING

The production of this wine begins in the vineyard, submitting the vines to exhaustive controls. Grapes are handpicked, and only the healthy bunches with an optimum ripeness are selected. Grapes are destemmed and gently crushed, and the paste goes through a long maceration-fermentation under controlled temperature, using an exclusive system of energetic pumping to increase the extract. Later the malolactic fermentation takes place. Ageing in American oak barrel for a minimum of 6 months and in bottle till release.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: Bright deep red cherry with purple hues.

Nose: Has good intensity. Complex, with great varieties of aromas of fresh and mature fruits, spices that reminds the oak ageing.

Mouth: In the mouth it is balanced and round with sweet tannins. Elegant, full bodied and velvety finish.

FOOD PAIRING

Ideal to enjoy with rice dishes, casserole, stew, pasta, grilled meat, cheese, mushroom.

Serve at 16 ºC - 18 ºC
