GRAPE VARIETIES
Muscat of Alexandria.
WINEMAKING
At the optimum moment of ripeness, the best plots of Muscat are selected to produce a young and personal wine. Manual harvesting makes possible the selection of heathy grapes. After maceration under controlled temperature, to extract the maximum of the Muscat aromas, must is fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Some weeks after the harvest, bottling takes place to launch a fresh and fruity wine into the market.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: It has a pale yellow colour with green highlights.
Nose: Powerful and elegant aromas, with outstanding floral notes (orange blossom, rose, lavender), and citrus and tropical fruit (banana, lychee).
Mouth: Delicate, balanced, fresh and with a balanced acidity.
FOOD PAIRING
Perfect to enjoy with as aperitif or with salads, white fish and seafood. Serve chilled at 8º.
