WINEMAKING
Wine produced with carefully selected grapes of Tempranillo, handpicked at their optimum level of ripeness. After the maceration-fermentation with the grape skins to extract aromas and colour, takes place the malolactic fermentation, followed up by stabilizing treatments prior to bottling.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Bright ruby red, with purple hints.
Nose: Medium aromatic intensity, red fruits aromas.
Mouth: In the mouth it is balanced, and has good tannins. Medium aftertaste and pleasant finish.
FOOD PAIRING
Enjoy with rice dishes, poultry, cold meat, white and red meat, cheese.
