WINEMAKING
Produced with Moscatel grapes from our best vineyards after a meticulous selection, handpicked and submitted to exhaustive controls. Advancing the vintage we obtain the acidity necessary to produce a Moscatel Brisat, special technology that consists in initiating the wine fermentation with the skins in order to increase the extraction of aromas, being made the last part of the fermentation in semi-new french barrels, in order to increase the wine´s volume and extract.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Yellow straw colour with green tinges.
Nose: With typical Moscatel aromas like white flowers and tropical fruits with subtle spiced notes.
Mouth: In the mouth it is lightly sharp on entry, balanced on the palate round and sticky at the end.
FOOD PAIRING
Perfect to enjoy appetizers, foie, fish and seafood... Serve at 6º- 8ºC.
