Communion wine.
WINEMAKING
Wine produced with Malvasia white grapes, carefully selected from our oldest and sunniest vineyards in Turís. Grapes are handpicked when over - ripped in order to strengthen their sugar’s richness. Fermentation begins at low temperature in stainless steel tanks to keep the typical aromas for the grape, and it is stopped adding wine alcohol. There is a subsequent oxidative ageing during 3 months in 400 litre barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Amber.
Nose: With intense aromas to ripen fruits, dried peach, early fig, raisins.
Mouth: It has a soft entry in the mouth where we can notice its density. Wide after-taste, delicate.
