GRAPE VARIETIES
Malvasia.
WINEMAKING
Prepared using hand-picked malvasia grapes when optimally ripe to thus seek good acidity and balanced sugar. After macerating at low temperature, fermentation takes place with selected yeasts in stainless steel vats. After being bottled, wine remains in cava bottles for a time before being placed on the market.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: A bright straw yellow with light steely tones on the edge.
Nose: Summer fruit aromas like peach, spicy aromas, roasted aromas, dried fruits, vanilla, and subtle citrus aromas. Mean intensity.
Mouth: An elegant, medium-bodied balanced wine that is mild to drink.
FOOD PAIRING
White meats and fish served in sauces, smoked food, rice dishes and semi-cured cheeses.
