GRAPE VARIETIES
Muscat of Alexandria.
WINEMAKING
We select the best grapes of Moscatel at their arrival at the winery. After a short pellicular maceration of the paste under low temperatures to extract the characteristic aromas of this variety, there is an addition of wine alcohol to stop the fermentation is stopped, and the natural sugars of the grapes are maintained.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Straw yellow colour.
Nose: Is intense and complex with reminiscences to floral aromas such as orange blossom, citrus fruits, honey, dry fruits and confectionary.
Mouth: Well integrated sugars with a ne fruity acidity. Silky and persistent in the mouth.
FOOD PAIRING
Perfect to be enjoyed with aperitifs, foie and blue cheeses. Ideal to consume at the end of a meal with sweets, desserts, cakes or on the rocks. Recommended to be drunk chilled at 7ºC.
