WINEMAKING

Produced of selected Syrah grapes manually harvested. After the maceration-fermentation under controlled temperature, and a careful bleeding of the noblest part of the obtained awine, avoiding any damage of the solid parts takes place.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: Intense dark purple colour and very glyceric teardrops.

Nose: The aroma is fresh and complex with floral (violets) and mineral notes, light balsamic and roast touches.

Mouth: Pleasant entry on palate, with a balanced acidity; elegant and long finish.

FOOD PAIRING

Ideal to accompany grilled meat, rice prepared with meat, and grilled fish.

RECOMMANDATIONS

Serve at 15ºC - 17ºC
