GRAPE VARIETIES

Muscat of Alejandria.

WINEMAKING

Choosing the best Moscatel grapes of our own vineyards from “Les Canyaes” property where there is an ideal condition between grapes and terroir due to its orientation to Mediterranean Sea, since the vine-stocks of this variety need the sun, limy soils and inuence of the sea. Maceration to low temperature in order to extract the aromas typical of the grape Muscatel, interruption of the fermentation adding alcohol of wine origin to support the own sugar of the grape.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: Yellow straw colour.

Nose: With intense aromas to honey, flowers, citrus fruits, dried fruits and confectionary.

Mouth: Rich in the palate, silky and persistent, with a

suitable balance between the acidity and the sugar.

FOOD PAIRING

Perfect to be enjoyed with aperitifs, foie and blue cheeses.

Ideal to consume at the end of a meal with sweets, desserts, cakes or on the rocks. Serve chilled at 7ºC.
